Tatiana works at the Centre for Educational Assessments,  University of Cape Town. Her background is in applied mathematics and work experiences include teaching and educational publishing. Her research focuses on educational assessment, including instrument design, modelling, and psychometrics, with an interest in how data, interpreted within different frameworks, can support valid inferences about students’ abilities and inform teaching and learning.
