During his Computer Science Honours year, Ben specialised in deep reinforcement learning and control systems. His work on optimising RL environments earned him a publication and a speaking slot at IEEE ISCMI 2025. Now pursuing his Master’s in Applied Math, Ben’s research focuses on applying reinforcement learning to solve combinatorial optimisation problems.
